The Pine Forest Property Owners Association

Pine Forest in Bastrop, Texas is a deed restricted, architecturally controlled subdivision. The Pine Forest Property Owners Association (PFPOA) Board is comprised of volunteers from within the community elected by the membership. Each year three Directors are elected to serve a four (4) year term, unless this term of office is changed by modification of the bylaws.

The officers of the Corporation shall be a President, one Vice President, a Secretary and a Treasurer. The same person may not hold more than one office. The officers of the Corporation shall be elected annually by the Board of Directors at the regular annual meeting of the Board of Directors.

The Board addresses property owners' concerns and enforces the covenants and deed restrictions, working in cooperation with the Architectural Control Committee to ensure guidelines are met and that property values are maintained.  All structures (including but not limited to fences, sheds and new homes) built in Pine Forest require a permit from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). For more information about the permitting process and the ACC go to Building Guidelines.
